12th Annual Short Film Competition

Mountain Shadow’s September show was our 12th Annual Short Film Competition, featuring 8 volunteer jury selected animated, live-action/narrative and documentary short films (out of 474 submissions this year). Finalists came from far and wide, including Beijing (China), Tennessee, Chicago, Denver, San Jose, even Berkeley, California! Our packet audiences engaged the filmmakers with post-screening Q&A, and voted on their tough choice for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place “Laurels.”
